Dr. Claire Sutton is a native of Naperville, Illinois. Dr. Claire is dedicated to her vocation to which she has been called from a young age. She enjoys meeting and working with all ages of patients from newborns (love the little ones!) to teens, middle-aged to seniors. She has some families with 3 generations of extended family members as patients. Platinum Family Medicine is truly a family practice and what makes it so wonderful. The family knows and trusts the doctor; the doctor knows the family, their medical histories, and family dynamics.

Dr. Claire works with each individual and family using a holistic approach to develop a unique, comprehensive medical care plan. She cares for the mind, body, and spirit of each patient with empathy and dedication. Preventive medicine with wellness screenings and lifestyle counseling is the main focus. She is a good listener, attentive to each patient’s needs, and understanding of their troubling symptoms. She is alert to details and often sees underlying patterns leading to diagnosis. Dr. Claire does not believe in an assembly line, one size fits all medicine; she takes the time needed to appropriately treat the patient at each office visit.

Since the office opened in 2007, we have utilized an EMR, as well as e-prescribing to a pharmacy of your choice. In 2014, we added online appointment scheduling via our website. We provide evening appointments every Tuesday and have increased Saturday appointments to twice a month on the 2nd and 4th weekends. Same-day acute (sick) appointments are available. Dr. Claire is available for urgent and emergency calls after hours through the easy-to-use automated answering service – call office phone number.

Dr. Claire enjoys gardening. She loves music (singing, playing piano, and harp). Family is also very important and she especially loves to spend time with her nieces and nephews.
